Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) studies H-CPE has sound experience in preparation and performance of PHA studies as independent leader & scribe for complex production facilities with highly toxic and hazardous operations. A system for a clear and structured procedure has been developed and excelled during more than 60 PHA studies. He gained his international based industrial experience as a Process Engineer and Technology Manager from 1990 to 2006 with BUSS, Kvaerner Process Technology and Davy Process Technology. Daniel has sound experience in: • Buisness & Product development and related feasibility studies • Field of Reaction Technology and related Reactor design (Loop Reactor, Thinfilm Reactor, EM Reactor, … • Plant safety and applied Process Hazard Analysis studies (e.g. HAZOP + SIL) as Leader and Scribe • Design through to commissioning and start-up of pilot to large scale industrial plants. He established H-CPE in 2007, providing Engineering Services and Supply for the Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical and related industries. H-CPE operates in close collaboration with international based manufacturing partners.
